Everyone is probably familiar with the dandelion or blowball from their childhood. It belongs to the daisy family, also known as Asteraceae . The milky white sap of the plant is full of bitter substances. The plant also contains flavonoids, inulin, and chicory acid. During the winter, the plant withdraws somewhat, gathering its strength directly in the root. For this reason, dandelions are harvested in winter.
Our drops contain dandelion extract obtained through gentle cold maceration. This comes from certified organic cultivation in the fields of Venice, Italy.
The mixing ratio for alcoholic extracts is usually calculated using the dry mass of the plants used. Our organic dandelion drops achieve a ratio of 1:10.
