Our Omega-3 fish oil capsules contain 100 percent natural, non-esterified fish oil. This is obtained from Peruvian anchovies and European sardines, which live in the pelagic zone of the eastern central Atlantic and South Pacific. The pelagic zone refers to the region of the ocean below the water's surface and above the seabed, making it the cleanest region of the world's oceans.
Accordingly, our capsules contain no farmed fish, but are made entirely from sustainable wild catches. The omega-3 fatty acids are sensibly combined with alpha-tocopherol. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, protecting the two fatty acids DHA and EPA from oxidation and thus extending their shelf life. The product capsule is made of bovine gelatin.- From a daily intake of 250 mg DHA & EPA, the two fatty acids contribute to the maintenance of healthy heart function
- DHA with a minimum daily intake of 250 mg helps maintain vision and brain function
