Superfoods with high nutrient density
Imagine: You open the fridge in the morning and an ice-cold, freshly mixed smoothie awaits you. At lunch you will be served a colorful salad with freshly picked forest herbs. In the evening, the smell of gently roasted vegetables straight from the garden lures you at the front door.
Admittedly, this picture looks good in the imagination. But real life just doesn't work that way. Of course, we want to provide our body with all the nutrient-rich vegetables it needs on a daily basis. But when are we supposed to do that? We have work to do, friends to meet, family to take care of.
