The ordered goods will be delivered by post or delivery service. Please note that delivery of packages usually takes longer before public holidays. Wohlfuehlprodukte.com guarantees that all ordered products leave our warehouse in perfect quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our consumer service by email (info@wohlfuehlprodukte.com).

Offers may sometimes only be available in a limited number or not at all. Due to high demand, products can sell out quickly. Wohlfuehlprodukte.com is not liable for delivery delays, unavailable products or incorrect pricing information. Product adjustments remain reserved. Timed offers are only valid for the specified period of time.
Payment, due date, late payment

Place of performance and jurisdiction is Bern (BE). If a provision of these general terms and conditions is ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. For questions that are not regulated in these general terms and conditions, Swiss law applies.
