What are the delivery costs and delivery times?
For deliveries within Switzerland we charge CHF 9.00 per package. For larger volumes it is calculated per weight. The delivery time is usually 3-6 working days.
What happens to my order if I'm not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification in the tracking link. It will also be noted there whether your package was delivered to a collection point. A notification card will no longer be left in your mailbox, so always keep an eye on the tracking link!
Can I have the order delivered to a different address?
Yes, that is possible. Just write us a different delivery address after you have placed your order. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once your order has already been handed over to the shipping service provider.
Does the webshop also deliver orders abroad?
We currently only deliver to Switzerland.
I did not receive my order on the agreed date. What now?
If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, you can contact our customer service. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Usually your order will be delivered within five working days. In the tracking that you receive from us, you can see if the package has been delivered to a pickup location.
The tracking link says delivery has taken place, but I haven't received anything. What should I do now?
Sometimes it happens that the package is delivered to a different location than originally agreed. In this case, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than within two weeks. We have four weeks to investigate. For this purpose, the shipping service providers ask you to fill out and sign an affidavit, which we will send to you. Please return this statement to us as soon as possible so that we can start the investigation for you.
My order is damaged or incomplete.
Unfortunately, it can happen that a package arrives damaged or incomplete. Therefore, please check your delivery for completeness and intactness immediately upon receipt. If something is wrong, please take photos of:
- the outside of the box
- the contents of the box
- the shipping label on the carton
- the damage
Please send these photos directly to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can find a solution for you as quickly as possible. Please keep the box and products until we reply to your message.
Return and Cancellation:
At Feel Good Products, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with a product or have changed your mind, we offer a return and cancellation policy.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you received the goods.
Please note that the sealed products have not been opened.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WBC Wellbeing, Business Community GmbH, Brügglimatt 25, 3205 Gümmenen) z. B. a letter or email sent by post about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
If you send us your revocation, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirming receipt of this revocation.
Consequences of the recall:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you choose a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase of:
products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and the seal of which was broken after delivery;
Goods which, due to their nature, have been irrevocably mixed with other goods after delivery.
What do I do with cancellations?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by email or telephone as soon as possible. Canceling an order is free of charge as long as the package is not on its way to you. If you refuse the package when it is delivered at your doorstep, we will cover the return shipping costs for you. If you have already accepted the order, you bear the costs for the return.
