From May to October, Christa and Stefan Sieber-Beer's cows graze at over 1,464 meters above sea level on the Senggi Alp on the Niesen. During this time, the young farming family processes the organic milk from their 17 cows themselves. This alpine cheese has a long tradition. The cheese has been produced on the organic farm for six generations. Whether for breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, or dinner, this cheese simply tastes good every time.
