Our Omega-3 fish oil capsules contain 100% natural, non-esterified fish oil. It is extracted from Peruvian anchovies and European sardines that live in the pelagic zone of the eastern central Atlantic and the South Pacific. The pelagic zone refers to the area of the ocean below the surface and above the seafloor, making it the cleanest region of the world's oceans.
Accordingly, our capsules do not contain any farmed fish, but are made exclusively from sustainable wild catches. The omega-3 fatty acids are sensibly combined with alpha-tocopherol. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, protecting the two fatty acids DHA and EPA from oxidation and thus extending their shelf life. The product capsule is made of bovine gelatin.From a daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA, the two fatty acids contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function with a daily intake of at least 250 mg.
