Of course, you can also slice smaller sausages, cheese, and much more with it. The salami slicer is our own development. The replaceable, high-quality blade was manufactured especially for us by Victorinox. It guarantees a long service life and the perfect cut. For cleaning, you can easily remove the knife carriage with a single movement.
The salami slicer comes with a high-quality wooden serving and cutting board, allowing you to store it under the slicer to save space.
