Vitamin D3 1,000 IU capsules

Alongside vitamin C, the sunshine vitamin D3 rightfully takes its place among the best-known vitamins. Although the body can produce it itself with the help of UV radiation, many people in our latitudes have insufficient vitamin D levels. This is primarily because during the winter, not enough sunlight of the right wavelength reaches our skin for the vitamin to be produced. Supplementation is therefore recommended, especially during the cold months.
The product is based on vitamin D3 powder made from modified starch, maltodextrin, and corn oil. Since vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin, we recommend taking the capsule with a meal containing fat. One capsule contains 1,000 international units.
