      Sascha Kauffmann, born in 1973, is a non-medical practitioner in Düsseldorf. One of the focal points of his practice is the naturopathic treatment of thyroid diseases. In this context he came across the topic of iodine and its healing effects. Together with Kyra Kauffmann he has already published several medical articles and books.

      Anno Hoffmann, born in 1976, grew up in the Rhineland. After training as a chef in Düsseldorf, he held various positions in upscale gastronomy. He has been living and working in Venice for ten years.
